  • Vetting Processes: All recipients are thoroughly vetted to ensure fair and responsible resource distribution.
  • Volunteer Leadership: Our six administrators and board members volunteer their time, maximizing the impact of every donation.
  • Annual Review: Contributions are reviewed yearly to ensure alignment with SODRFM’s mission.

Son of David Rural Food Ministry Current Year Goals and Objectives:

1. Expand Food Pantry Support: Increase the number of vetted food pantries supported by SODRFM from 4 to 5 entities by the end of 2025.
2. Grow Small Business Support: Expand the pilot program of providing food assistance to working poor employees of local small businesses from 1 to 2 entities by the end of 2025.
3. Achieve Fundraising Milestones: Secure $15,000 in private donations in 2025 to fund SODRFM’s initiatives.
4. Ensure Financial Integrity: Maintain administrative costs at less than 10% of revenues, with 90% of funds directly allocated to food pantries and individuals.
